We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Because of this it is the policy of @IT not to pass on, rent, or sell any data that we have on any of our customers to any third party.

E-MAIL LISTS

We often receive customers details in the form of lists of email addresses. These are forwarded to us by Ipswitch for customers who have downloaded software from the Ipswitch website who are based in the UK or Ireland. We can remove you from our lists on request. If you choose to do this please make your request using the e-mail address that we hold for you on our list, otherwise we will be unable to find and remove your address from our list.

Please note that removal from our list in the UK does not mean that you will be removed from the Ipswitch mailing list in the USA. You may still continue to receive e-mails from them until you unsubscribe from them separately. This is because we are an independent UK company, not a subsidiary of Ipswitch Inc. To be removed from the Ipswitch database, send e-mail to from the e-mail address you would like to unsubscribe from.

EXCEPTIONAL DISCLOSURES

We may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct. Disclosure may be required by law or if we receive legal process.
